I also understand the work I do will no only impact my reputation, but future studentss and the reputation of Bainbridge Youth Services. Employers will provide future feedback about my performance. IMPORTANT: If I fail to meet these expectations, I may be denied access to jobs through the Bainbridge Youth Services Job Posting Program.

Parent Agreement: Bainbridge Youth Services Job Posting Program urges all parents/guardians to become actively involved in your youth’s experiences in the world of work. This includes our strong recommendation that you personally insure prospective job sites and employers are safe and appropriate for your particular adolescent. Bainbridge Youth Services does not undertake to pre-screen jobs or employers. An agreement between a youth worker and a potential employer including safety issues and payment arrangements is the responsibility of the employer, the youth and the parents of the youth.
