A Note To Employers We are not a job placement agency. Payment, days and times of work, liability, etc. is between employer and student.
BYS posts employer’s job description online for registered students. If a student is interested in a job, the student is responsible for contacting the employer directly.
We serve students from 12-19 years old. BYS does not screen students, so we highly recommend conducting an interview and asking for references before hiring a student.

Keep a list of students who contact you. Occassionally, your first hire does not always work as planned, so having other contacts is helpful.
