For over forty years, Bainbridge Youth Services has served Bainbridge Island and North Kitsap youth, and their families. We provide professional, no-cost, confidential counseling and intervention for adolescents in our community, ages 12-19. BYS also works to create opportunities for young people to develop and exercise leadership skills and helps them to find part time employment through our online jobs program.

Among BYS guiding principles are respect for youth, and a responsibility to provide and maintain a strong community youth support system. Bainbridge Youth Services has a non-discrimination policy on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national and ethnic identity, gender, marital status, handicap, age, orientation, admission to, or treatment of, or employment in its programs. Accommodation and accessibility to the handicapped is available at public meetings.
